Our moulders are perfect for forming any type of rolled bread. Suitable for all bakery laboratories that want to reach high quality standards. Thanks to the "adjustable" crushing rollers and the "adjustable" forming mat, large quantities of products can be obtained. The moulder is equipped with a device for the automatic return of the pastes to help the operator in processing. The wrapped bread forming machine is complete with an upper sheet stop device for making laminated shapes only. The introduction mat is in a special synthetic material that gives long durability and cleanliness.
