The dough sheeters have mats / tapes with widths starting from 500 to 800 mm. Our thick cylinders allow all types of pasta to be processed and minimum and uniform thicknesses to be obtained. In the Professional Sheeters they are mounted scrapers of great precision, easy to disassemble and clean. The manual sheeters are equipped with reclosable work tables which considerably reduce the size of the machines in the rest position, and at the same time facilitates cleaning.
