Shipping

1. What happens after the purchase?

After your purchase we proceed with the assembly work, done by the expert hands of craftsmen, who, with passion and competence, create machinery based on the requests of individual customers.

After careful inspection and testing to verify suitability, the equipment passes through the packaging department and is then shipped via couriers directly to the buyers.

2. How many days will the shipment take?

The waiting times for shipping are generally 20-25 working days , which however may vary depending on the working period (the month of August and Christmas holidays) and the availability in stock.

3. How are large orders handled?

Orders over 50kg include a hydraulic tail lift.

4. Which countries do you ship to?

We ship all over the world via specialized couriers.

In Italy, for smaller islands, restricted traffic zones (ZTL), historical centers and inconvenient areas, we reserve the right to verify the passage of vehicles intended for delivery and, if necessary, a surcharge may be applied.

5. Are customs fees included in the price?

NO and it will not be possible to predict customs costs which remain the responsibility of the customer and which will be paid upon receipt of the goods.

6. Mode of delivery

The courier will make delivery directly to your laboratory on the ground floor.

Payments

1. What payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept payments via Paypal and Bank Transfer.

2. How does the Credit Card work?

Use your credit card to complete your purchase securely and quickly. Select the "Credit Card" option when you're ready to pay. You will be asked to enter your card details, such as the number, expiry date, and CVV code. Additional verification may be required through an OTP code sent to your device to confirm your identity and protect the transaction. Once verified, the payment will be processed, and you will receive a detailed order confirmation via email.

3. How does payment via bank transfer work?

Advance payment by bank transfer made out to Csc Attrezzature Sas at Intesa San Paolo IBAN: IT30 H030 6962 3211 0000 0011 200 , made within 24 hours of order confirmation and paid in advance by e-mail to info@bakeit.it , including taxes and shipping costs.

In the event of a 50/50 payment term, the consideration shall be paid as follows: a 50% down payment upon placement of the order, and the remaining 50% balance upon notification of goods ready for shipment. The Client is required to settle the aforementioned balance no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days from receipt of the ready-for-shipment notice.

Should this 30-day period expire without payment, CSC ATTREZZATURE SAS reserves the right to terminate the contract pursuant to Article 1456 of the Italian Civil Code, retaining the down payment received as a deposit (caparra confirmatoria), without prejudice to the right to claim further damages. In such event, CSC ATTREZZATURE SAS shall retain full ownership and possession of the equipment covered by the order, and no compensation or refund shall be due to the Client.
