Incoming calibrator

Winder

Cutting system

  • The waste collection device conveys the cut pasta into a container positioned under the cutting system itself, making the recovery of excess pasta simple and quick.
  • With the addition of the exit table it transforms into a real pastry line.
  • With the use of various cutting rollers, in addition to obtaining any type of croissant, it can cut the most varied pastry products.
  • The cutting rollers can be requested and built to measure, satisfying the needs of each individual customer.
  • It can be extensively customized with the addition of an electric guillotine, cutting rollers and folders, as well as a wide range of dedicated accessories.
