The width and length of the bowl can be different, but are generally between 20 and 50 centimeters in order to offer your customers the most suitable formats.

As with the other accessories and molds dedicated to bakeries, the professional loaf pans are also non-stick and allow the bread to be removed very easily once baked thanks to the green Teflon.

What dough can be baked in professional bakery pans?
The loaf pan can be used to cook white bread, wholemeal bread, seeded bread or bread with other ingredients, depending on your preferences and the production you need to follow. The bread cooks evenly inside the pan, forming a golden, crispy crust on top.

After cooking, thanks to the rectangular shape and the smooth surface, the bread can be easily removed from the loaf pan.
