In an artisanal or industrial bakery, continuous loading and unloading operations on deck ovens require precision, speed and, above all, considerable physical effort. The frame loader for baking frames offered by Bakeit is the essential piece of equipment to revolutionize this stage of the workflow.
Designed to lift and align frames perfectly with the oven openings, this loader eliminates heavy loads for the operator and prevents sudden movements that could damage proofed products. Complete with a sturdy ground guide rail, it ensures absolute stability and millimetric directional accuracy during every single loading cycle.
Technical specifications of the frame loader
To guarantee maximum efficiency and adapt perfectly to your bakery, our frame loader features the following structural characteristics:
- Loading height: the loader ensures wide versatility, starting from a minimum height of 750 mm up to a maximum of 1700 mm. This operating range allows you to serve professional ovens with up to 4 baking chambers comfortably and effortlessly.
- Frame width: the standard model is calibrated to accommodate baking frames with an external width of 58/59 cm. If your oven fleet requires it, our technical department can manufacture custom loaders for frames measuring 60, 74, 78, 80 or 90 cm. Subject to technical approval, we can also design structures for completely non-standard sizes.
- Ground guide: a sturdy sliding rail measuring 3000 mm (3 metres) is supplied as standard, essential for eliminating loader oscillations. It is equipped with a practical locking stop that guarantees absolute stability and precision during loading. If the 3-metre rail is too long for your bakery’s working space, the structure is designed to be easily cut to size directly during installation.
Frequently Asked Questions about the frame lifting trolley
The following FAQs define the integration standards, space requirements and universal compatibility of the Bakeit lifting trolley with existing deck oven loading systems.
Which ovens are compatible with the frame loader?
Our frame loader is universal and designed to adapt to all deck ovens. It is compatible with both bread ovens (with doors that retract into the baking chamber) and pizza ovens (with doors that open downward and extend out of the baking chamber).
What are the dimensions and maximum frame width?
Our standard model is designed to accommodate baking frames with a maximum width of 58/59 cm. However, we offer tailor-made solutions for every production need:
- Custom sizes: upon request, our technical department can design loaders for frames with widths of 60, 74, 78, 80 or 90 cm.
- Special solutions: we can manufacture structures for non-standard sizes subject to technical approval, to adapt perfectly to your existing oven fleet.
What is the maximum loading height?
The Bakeit loader covers a very wide working range:
- Minimum height: 750 mm
- Maximum height: 1700 mm
With a travel range of 950 mm, it is possible to easily handle professional ovens with up to 4 baking chambers.
Can I use my old manual frames with the loader?
No, to ensure maximum efficiency it is necessary to use specific baking frames. The Bakeit team designs the frame to measure according to the dimensions of your oven.
Our frames for loaders have technical features that differ from standard ones:
- Length: approximately 30–40 cm longer than standard models.
- Ergonomics: equipped with a raised handle and dedicated upper hook.
- Precision: available with a fine-tip system, perfect for thin or small products such as pizza/pinsa romana. It is also ideal for loading and unloading bread.
Is installation of the ground rail mandatory?
The ground guide is strongly recommended to ensure stability and millimetric precision. However, in bakeries with limited space or for particular types of processing, it is possible to do without it. In this case, the operator will need to pay greater attention during the centring and loading phase.
Is the oven loader easy to install?
Absolutely yes. The loader is delivered already assembled. To put it into operation, simply:
- Remove the packaging and position it in front of the oven.
- Open the side flaps and place the frame on it.
- Calibrate the distance by sliding the frame to the back of the baking chamber.
- Fix the ground guide at the identified point. You are immediately ready to load the oven!
How do you adjust the height between one deck and another?
The lifting system is intuitive and quick. On the side of the loader there is an ergonomic handle: once pressed, it allows the frame to be raised or lowered effortlessly, locking it exactly at the height of the desired chamber.
